Since established in 2007, Foshan Kanasi Electrical Co., Ltd. has evolved from a small company with just under 30 people and 1,000 square meters plant to a enterprise with 500 employees, nearly 200 processing machines, 20,000 square meters plant and a complete set of production lines capable of producing finished products independently. 1)Q:Are you trading company or factory?
A: We are factory has 11 years experiences on manufacturing.
2)Q:Can I print out logo on the products and change the color of products?
A: Yes, all color and pattern available, we can also handle OEM/ODM services.
3)Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed.
4)Q: What certificates do you products have?
A: Most of our products have CCC, CE, ISO,CB,GCC,ETL and RoSH certificates. If you need others such as UL, PSE and so on. We can proceed them, too.
5)Q: What is the after-sale service proposal?
A: Considering to the expensive overseas freight, we advice to provide certain percent of critical components for free, or provide certain discount to let our business partners handle the after-sale service by themselves.
6)Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: Usually it can be within 30 days!
7)Q:What is your accept payment method?
A: We can accept TT, Paypal, L/C at sign, 30% deposit before production and 70% before loading.
